Every Mother’s Day for the past 17 years, Australians have walked or run to fund research and honour those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.

At the 2013 Mother’s Day Classic more than 135,000 participants in 74 locations around the nation raised a record $5 million, bringing the overall total raised to $19.8 million.

This year’s event is being held on Sunday 11 May 2014, and is open to all ages and fitness levels so there is something for everyone whether you want to participate or simply come along and support.

Customers purchasing goods from participating stores in the local area have chance to win cash to be spent at one or any of the participating stores.

In total there will be 3 prizes of $100 cash to be won just by shopping in your favourite store.

To enter is easy. Every time you purchase any goods or services from the participating stores you enter the draw to win cash.

All you need to do is fill in the entry form or write your name and phone number on the back of the receipt and drop in the entry form box provided in store. The cash give away runs from March 17 until April 25.

During this time 3 draws will be held to determine the 3 cash winners. The first draw is scheduled for April 1, followed by draw 2 on April 14 and the third and final draw is April 28. All winners will be advised by phone and featured in the May edition of the Dooral Roundup.
