Circular – Urgent Assistance – Transport Industry Has 6 Days To Delay Latest Road Safety Remuneration Order

 

 
In a decision handed down yesterday, the Road Safety Remuneration Tribunal will give industry 6 days to file submissions and evidence in support of applications to have the latest road safety remuneration order delayed until 1 January 2017.

The Contractor Driver Minimum Payments Road Safety Remuneration Order 2016 sets minimum payments nationally for contractor drivers performing long distance operations or deliveries to supermarkets.
